Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances except in the case of a size issue.

If there is a size issue, we will allow an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Items bought on sale may not be eligible for size exchange.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any other reason including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or delay in delivery.

  • Defective or damaged items may be considered for exchange upon proper inspection.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 5 days of placing the order and only if the product has not been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may reject the product at the time of delivery.

  • For damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery. Our team will inspect and decide accordingly.

  • For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the brand directly.

  • If a refund is approved by MAMA BHANJA, it will be processed within 15 days.
